I've been having a lot of fun fixing Ava's hair in different styles the past week because pretty soon she's going to get her hair cut. So, we've been braiding it, wearing it down and scrunching it so there's a little wavy curl (see pictures below), and today we did this.

Her hair is going to look a lot healthier and thicker once we cut it (about shoulder length). But I'm a bit sad because it's going to cut off the rest of her baby blonde hairs and the tiny little curl that's left). Oh well, I knew it would happen...my hair did the same exact thing.

I really think you will be surprised that even though you will cut it, it will grow so fast, it will be long again for summmertime. I swear at this age it grows like wild fire!
OK this blog makes me want a daughter.. I know how to do french braids and all kinds of fun twists and things. It would be so fun to play with hair.
She is precious..
Her hair turned out really cute. When Hayden finally gets her hair back I can't wait to be able to style it!
SO cute! I love her hair! :) I am sur eit will be adorable shorter too though. Emma is still wanting hers cut..although she would like it to be short and straight. Not sure that is going to work out for her. :)
