We tried to be patriotic all weekend :-) Friday we all wore red!!
Friday, it was really hot... our thermometer said 96 degrees. I took Carter outside to water my hanging baskets and pots, and get the mail. When we came in he had rosy cheeks.
We went over to my parents house for a BBQ. Ava cooled off by splashing around in their little pool.

Aunt Tricia bought a bunch of fireworks for the kids, Ava liked the sparklers
Cristian loves the parachute soldier fireworks.

How fun!!! I am sure Emma would love to sleep in a tent. She did once when she was a baby...not the same though! What a fun day!
Camping is fun! I bet when Carter is a bit older, you guys would have a blast! There are so many great places in the NW too! We have lost Devon to Star Wars Legos plenty of times, we now have restrictions on when he can play..silly boy!
Ava's cute little belly flop into the small pool looks fun, and I love the close up of Carter. It's nice the kids enjoyed camping out! It's not my favorite thing to do, but it's so much fun for the kids!!
