My parents elected not to go the game (they had just been on Thursday and wanted to get some yard work done), so we brought our friends Geoff and Alison and their two kids with us. It was a great game! Mariners won 7-1.

Cristian got a ball from Adrian Beltre, and after he caught it, he immediately took it out of his glove and gave it to Kaylee. He told her, "you can have it Kaylee, I have a lot of them" I was so proud of how thoughtful he was!
Derek Jeter, my favorite Yankee. Now, I know a lot of people don't like the Yankees just because they win all the time... but I truly am a Yankee fan at heart. Of course the Mariners are my #1 team and I want them to beat the Yanks!!! But because the Mariners aren't going to make it to the post season this year... come October... I'll be sportin' a Yankees shirt and cheering them on hoping they win the World Series!
Got to see another Griffey homerun!! #627 in his career! Speaking of which, I hope Junior sticks around another year! He is definitely a fan favorite.
