So, my friend Jenn has been on me to post a new video of Carter =) I took this one last week when he was just shy of 13 months. He gets so excited whenever my cell phone rings. He instantly goes to look for it when he hears the froggy ribbit ring tone that Cristian picked out for me! Here you go, Jenn... my baby's getting so big!!
