It's gonna be a Bright, Sunshiney Day

Again, we played outside all day today because Mr. Weather man is saying today is our last warm day for awhile... Ava riding her bike.
Cristian riding his scooter
Oh man, does this look like baby Cristian!!
Carter's latest trick is waving =)
Hi Carter!!
How Big is Carter??  SOOO BIG!
Her hair was so static-y each time she got off the slide.

We can't get enough!

We just can't get enough of this awesome weather!  Carter enjoyed watching Ava and I blow bubbles and play catch with her new baseball mit.
Yummy toys!
Carter Thomas, getting so big so fast!!
Who could resist a face like that... don't you just want to kiss his chubby, drool face =)
Ava taught Carter all the songs that she's learned at preschool today.
We walked to get Cristian at school today just to soak in as much sun as possible.  I took a few pictures of Ava along the way.
Pretty cherry blossom trees.
Daffodils are finally in full bloom!  Better late then never.
Ava Dava- always up for posing for pictures.
Pretty view of the mountain from Cristian's school
We got there a little early so Ava could play on "Cristian's recess toys" as she calls them.
Carter conked out...
My big almost First Grader... he was so excited to go back to school today to see his friends and teacher.
And he's also really excited that BASEBALL and soccer start this week!!

Fabulous Day

Today after the First Cousin's soccer game, my cousin Kyle and his family came over to our house for a BBQ.  We busted out the lawn furniture and ate a bunch of food while we watched the kids play, play, play.  It was great to be outside in tank tops, capris, and flip flops!  Considering that on Wednesday it was in the low 30's and snowing... low 70's felt so hot!  I loved the smells of freshly mowed grass and sunscreen today!!
Carter playing in the shade

Carter loves this exersaucer
Mommy sneaking a baby kiss!
Michelle or Debbie??  Who can tell anymore?  The older I get, the more I look like my mom.
Marcus, Ava, Clair and Cristian enjoyed playing in the sprinkler!
And they made up some game on the deck too... something about escaping from jail =)
More sprinkler time
Squirting each other

It's That Time of Year Again

Warm weather has finally arrived and it was wonderful being outside all day today!!  Monday kicks off the Mariner's first game of the season!!  Kyle mowed the lawn and BBQ'd for the first time in about 6 months!!  It felt (and smelt) like Spring today!!
Just for fun... here's a picture of Ava bbq'ing with daddy when she was the same age as Carter =)
It's also that time of year when it's still light out at bed time.  Here's Cristian dancing in his pajamas tonight with his crazy hair. (he blowed dried it himself after his shower =)
He even got a little sunburn today... I guess it's time to keep the sunscreen and hats handy.

Daffodil Parade

My mom and I took the kids to the Daffodil Parade today and we were thrilled to FINALLY have such a sunny, warm Spring Day!!
There's all the daffodil princesses and queen (in the white)
(Cousin) Princess Meredith from Cascade Christian High School
Watching the parade
Holding their Daffodils
The SHS marching band was by far the best band... here's Carter getting sooo sleepy. (can you believe it... I have 3 light haired children... look at those blond hairs growing in.)
More daffodils =)  The kids got enough to fill a vase and they look so Springy on my kitchen table!!
Cristian was also given a soccer ball from a local soccer association.  He was THRILLED, and now wants to play on their team.  (Great Recruiting idea)
Some of my favorite floats...
Sumner's Float
Train decorated with daffodils
Carter slept through almost the entire parade on our blanket.
The only picture with me in it... Ava's blinking, but oh well.
